This Indenture made and entered unto this
4th day of December In the Year of our Lord
one Thousand eight and Sixty Three, Between James
Fennel of Alachua County State of Florida of
The first part and Archibald H. Johns of Bradford
County party of the second part, Witnesseth That
the said party of the first part for and in consideration
of the sum of Two Thousand Dollars to him in
hand paid by the said party of the second part
The receipt Whereof is hereby acknowledged hath
given granted aliened bargained sold transfered
and do by these presents give grant allien bargain
sell transfer and convey unto the said party of
the second part all That certain Tract or parcel
of land known and described as lots No 1 & 2
Sec 14 & lots No 5 of Sec No 11 In Township No 9
South of Range No 23 East containing one hundred
and thirty two acres and seventy four Hundredths
To Have and To Hold the above described premises
Togather with all and Singular the right and
privaleges, Immunities Easements and appurtenances
There unto beloning or in any wise appertaining
unto the said, party of the Second part and his
heirs as their absolute property in fee simple
forever and The said party of the first part
for themselves and Successors as himself his
heirs and assigns and for all other claims
by them or under them or either of them do
