Covenant and agree That "tha" are seized of a good
and indefeasible fee simple to the above premises
and That they have good right to convey the same
as they have conveyed the same, free and discharged
from all encumbrances and liens of any and every
nature and description and The said party of the first
part his heirs and Executors and administrators do
further More Warrant and defend any right of
Dowery That the wife may at any time claim in the
premises, and that the said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns shall quietly and peaceably enjoy the
above described premises against all persons whatsoever
lawfully claiming the same and That tha will at
further
any and at all times, make such other conveyance
and assurances at the expense of the said party of the
second part as he the said party of the second part
his heirs or assigns or council learned in the law
