This indenture made on this
the 19th day of July AD eighteen hundred and
seventy between Thadius Foster and Angie L. Foster
his wife the party of the first part and
Francis E. Childs party of the Second part, all
----------- of the said County and State Wittnesseth,
50c U.S. that the said parties of the first part, for
R. Stamps and in consideration of the sum of Two-
Cancelled hundred dollars to them hand paid by the
----------- said party of the second part, on and
before the ensealing and delivery of these
presents the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged have bargained Sold aliened
remised released transferred, conveyed and
confirmed, and do by these presents bargain
sell and alien remised released transfer
convey and confirmed unto the said party
of the second part her heirs and assigns
all right title interest and property
off in & to that certain tract of parcel of
land situate laying and being in the town
of Gainesville in County and State aforesaid
and known and described on the Map of
the public survey of said Town made in
the year A.D. eighteen hundred and sixty Six
in the south half of lot one (1) of Block (3)
in range seven (7) To have and hold the said
the
described premises to her^said party of the
second part, our heirs and assigns forever
in fee simple togather with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtance
there unto belonging or in anywise appertaining
and the said parties of the first part in
consideration of the premises aforesaid the
right and title to the said described land
and in the said party of the second the
heirs and assigns will forever warrant and
defend In testimony whereof the said parties
of the first part have hereunto set their hands
and seals this the day and year first above
