the peace in and for said County and State
personally appeared Carlos Huntley of the said
County and State who being duly sworn states that
he witnessed the due execution of the foregoing Deed
on the day and date thereunto affixed for the
purpose thereunto stated

I do hereby certify that on 29th day of Sept AD 1870
before me came Thadius Foster and Angie L. his
wife the persons discribed in and who have
executed the before written Deed and acknowledged
that they severally executed the same and said
Angie L. being examined by me apart from
her husband acknowledged that she executed the
same freely without any fear or compulsion of
her said husband

the 19th day of July AD Eighteen hundred and
seventy between Thadius Foster and Angie L. Foster
his wife the party of the first part and
Carlos Huntley party of the second part all
of said County and State Witnesseth That the
said parties of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of One hundred and 
       dollars to them in hand paid on or before
the ensealing and delivery of these presents the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
bargained sold aliened remised released, transferred
conveyed and confirmed and do by these presents
bargain sell alien remise release transfer
convey and confirm unto the said party
