To all persons whom these presents shall come Greeting
Whereas by virtue og proceedings held under and in
pursuance of an act of Congress Known as Bank
rupt act, approved March 2d AD 1867 and the act amendatory thereof
in the District Court for the United State for the northern District of Florida in the case of Francis
P. Olmstead who was adjudged a Bankrupt upon his own petition on the Seventeenth day of August
AD 1869 before Franklin Frazier Esq Register for said District, I Johnathan C. Greeley general
assignee in Bankruptcy in persuance of the said act after having given legal notice thereof
did on the nineteenth day of January AD 1870 at Newnansville Expose and offer for sale at
auction to the highest bidder, all that certain land and estate beloning to the Estate
of said Bankrupt and known and described as follows to wit Commencing fifty one
and a half feet south of the North West corner of Block 4 four, Range Two (2) running
East Seventy six feet (76) thence south fifty one and a half feet, thence west seventy
six feet thence north fifty one and a half feet to point of commencement
and sold the same to G.W. Boston he being the highest bidder therefor for the sum of
thirty four Dollars lawful money of the United States, Know all men by these
presents that I Johnathan C. Greeley, General and special assignee as aforesaid
for and in consideration of the sum of thirty four Dollars to me in hand paid
by the said G.W. Boston at and before the Ensealing and delivery hereof have
granted, bargained, sold aliened released conveyed and confirmed and by
these presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien, release, convey and confirm unto
the said G.W. Boston his heirs and assigns forever all the said tract of land above
described, and hereby conveyed, togather with all the improvements thereon
and the rights liberties privaleges, hereditaments thereunto beloning or in
any wise appertaining and the reversions, rents, proffits and issues thereof
To Have and To Hold the said tract of parcel of land above described
hereditaments and appurtenances unto the said G.W. Boston his heirs
and assigns, to and for his and their own use and behalf, =
In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
nineteenth day of January in the year of our lord one thousand
eight hundred and seven Signed Sealed and delivered in presence
of F.P. Olmstead

                 } personally came Johnathan C. Greely to me well
known and who executed the foregoing conveyance and acknowledged that
he Executed the same for the purposes therein mentioned

transfer all my right title claim and interest of the within
to G.B. Harris, his heirs and assigns this the 23d of April 1870
