Alachua County   } This Indenture made and
                Entered into This nineteenth day
of September AD One Thousand Eight hundred
and Seventy between John A. Cannon and 
Mary L. Cannon of the first part and John
W. Cannon of the second part, Witnesseth That
for and in consideration of the sum of
one hundred and forty five dollars paid
in hand by the party of the second part
The receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
the party of the first part, hath granted bargained
and conveyed, doth by these presents sell
bargain and convey unto the party of the second
part all That lot of land lying and being
Situated in the State and County aforesaid
known in the plan and survey of said
County as lot commencing at the South
East corner of G.M. Holways running East one
Hundred and forty five feet to a stake Thence
North Three Hundred feet to a Stake Thence West
one hundred and forty five feet Thence South
one hundred to the beginning Corner or starting
point The said lot to contain one acre
and bounded South by lands of J.H. Roper
on the East by lands of Miceal Oharra on
The North lands of T. Ingram and on the West
by lands of George M. Coleman, To Have
and To Hold The same bargained premises
or lot of land unto the said party of
the second part in fee simple togather with
all the rights title and privaleges and appurtenances
Thereunto beloning, or in any wise there unto
appurtaining, and the first party of the first
part for themselves Their heirs Executors and
administrators The said bargained premises unto
the said party of the second part his heirs
Executors administrators The said bargained
premises unto the said party of the second
part his heirs Executors administrators and
assigns will forever Warrant and defend against
the claim or claims of any person or persons
whomsoever. In Testimony Whereof the party
of the first part have signed sealed and
delivered the same this day and year aforesaid
