         Alachua County   } This Indenture made and
                          } Entered into this twenty seventh
         day of August AD 1870 Between Stephen McCall
         Trustee and Bayless J. Earle Prochein Ami
         of Eliza Thompson Earle Mary **pl*** Earle
         and Susan Boyston Earle of the first part, and
         Mrs Mary Earle of the Second part all of the
         state and county aforesaid; Witnesseth that
         for and in consideration of the sum of Six
         Thousand and Three hundred Dollars in hand
         paid by the party of the second part to the
         parties of the first part, the receipt whereof
         is hereby acknowledged, that the parties of the
         first have bargained granted sold and
         conveyed unto the party of the second part,
         all that tract or parcel of land lying and
         being in the West bend of Santafee Lake on
         which General Elias Earle now resides containing Two
         Thousand acres more or less the said tract or parcel
         of land lying and being the county aforesaid
         To Have and To Hold the said bargained
         tract or parcel of land to her the said Mary
         Earle her heirs or assigns in fee simple and
         the said party of the first part for themselves
