their heirs Executors and administrators will forever
warrant and defend the said bargained premises
togather with all and Singular the rights titles priva-
leges and appurtenances thereunto beloning or in
any wise thereunto appertaining and the said parties
of the first part unto the said parties of the second
part her heirs Executors administrators and assigns
will forever warrant and defend the said premises
from the claim or claims of any person or persons
as far as in law or Equity they may be required
