                 18th day of May one Thousand
Eight hundred and Seventy between James
Kennard and his wife Rosa Kennard parties
of the first part and Stephen McCall
party of the second part an all of the State
and County first written, Witnesseth that the
said parties of the first part for and in 
consideration of the sum of three hundred
Dollars well and truly paid by the said
party of the second part at and before
the sealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
hath this day bargained sold and
conveyed and these presents doth bargain
sell and convey, unto the said party
of the second part his heirs and
assigns all that certain tract or parcel
of land containing three hundred and
twenty acres more or less situate lying and
being in the State and County first written
and known destinguished as the Waters Pond
tract being beter known as the SW1/4 of SE1/4
of Section (7) seven NE1/4 of NE1/4 of Section (18)
Eighteen NW1/4 W1/2 of NE1/4 of section (17) seventeen
in Township (9) nine South of Range (16) Sixteen east
containing (320) three hundred and Twenty acres
more or less To Have and To Hold the aforesaid
tract or parcel of land unto the said party
of the second part his heirs and assigns forever
in fee simple and the said parties of the first
for themselves their Executors administrators and
their heirs and assigns shall and will said
bargained premises with all and singular
the hereditaments rights and appurtenances
to the same beloning or in any wise
appurtaining forever warrant defend and the
right and title thereto from and against themselves
and against the claim of all persons whatsoever
