State of Florida } Whereas the Hon Jesse H. Goss, Judge
Alachua County   } of the 5th Judicial Circuit Court of
                 } of said State, did, on the     day of
November 1870, decree that I, George L. Barnes, Sheriff of said
County & ex officio Administrator of the derelict estate of
Daniel B. Coker, deceased, late of said County, p******* exe-
cute a deed of conveyance of certain lands therein named
& hereinafter set forth, to Maria Fagan, Administratrix
of the estate of Stephen Fagan deceased: Now therefore
   Know all men by these presents, that I, George L. Barnes
Sheriff of Alachua County, & ex officio administra-
tor of the estate of Daniel B. Coker, decd late of said
County, have this day granted, bargained & sold to Maria
Fagan, Administratrix of Stephen Fagan's estate, the fol-
lowing named lands, to wit. The South East quarter of Section
one & the east half of the South West quarter of Section one
& the South east quarter of the North West quarter of Section
one & the North east of Section Twelve all in
Township eight, Range eighteen, East & South, To have
& to hold to said Administratrix of said Stephen Fagan
& the heirs & assigns of said Estate, in fee simple.
   In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand &
seal, as such ex officio Administrator of D.B. Coker
decd this 14th day of November, eighteen hundred &
