                  This Indenture made on the twenty
first day of July Eighteen hundred and seventy between
George W. Means his wife Mattie S. Means of the
first part and Mathew Goodin of the second part
Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the
sum of one hundred and ten dollars to them
in hand paid at and before the sealing and
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged the said parties of the first part have given
granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these
presents do so give grant bargain sell and convey
to the said party of the second part those two cer-
tain town lots or parcels of land containing one
acre each Exclusion of the Streets and alleys situate in
the North West corner of the eight acres piece of land
purchased by G.W. Means from Joel B. Smith situ
ate in the Village of Micanopy & County aforesaid
The two lots being bounded on the north by land
owned by the Estate of W.W. Geiger deceased on the
East by the land of Peter Wordlaw, on the south by
   lot of               Manigault and own the west
by land owned by the Estate of Joel B. Smith de-
ceased To have and to hold the above mentioned
and described Town lots or parcels of land unto the
said party of the second part together with the houses
buildings, improvements and appurtenances to the same
belonging and to his heirs executors or administrators and
assigns in fee simple forever.
      And the parties of the first part covenant and 
agree with the parties of the second part his heirs
and assigns that they are seized in fee of the
aforesaid premises that they are free from all
incumbrances that they have good right to sell and
convey the same to the said party of the second part
and that they will and & their heirs executors and
administrators shall warrant and defend the same
to the said party of the second part his heirs and as-
signs forever against the lawful claims and demands
of all persons
     In testimony whereof the parties of the first
part have set their hands & seals hereunto on the day &
the year first above written
