Alachua County } Know all men by these presents that
I Mattie S. Means wife of George W. Means of my
own free will and accord and without any fear or con
pulsion or constraint on the part of my said husband
became a party to the foregoing indenture of Deed to
Mathew Goodin & thereby freely and voluntarily conveyed all
my right of Dower in & to the parcels of land thereby
conveyed to said Mathew Goodin

tie S. Means wife of G.W. Means and acknowledged
on an examination separate & a part from her said hus-
band that she signed the foregoing acknowledgement of Dower
And the said G.W. Means and Mattie S. Means both ac-
knowledged the Execution of the foregoing Indenture of
Deed by them to the to be their voluntary act for
the purposes therein setforth

Alachua County } Know all men by these presents
that I John B. Coker of the State and County aforesaid in
consideration of the sum of one hundred dollars ($10000) to
me in hand paid by Connie C. Verdier of the State and
County as above the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl-
edged have bargained, sold and quit claimed, and by
these presents do bargain, sell, and quit claim unto the
said Connie C. Verdier and her heirs and assigns
forever, all of my right, title and interest both at law and
in equity, to all that certain farm known as the Mud
tract, situated and lying in the Counties of Alachua and Brad
ford, Containing three hundred acres more or less, with
all and singular, the hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging -
In witness whereof we have hereunto set my hands
and seals this ninth day of Nov in the year of our Lord
