Watson Porter, for and in consideration of the sum of one
dollar to me in hand paid, do hereby relinquish and
forever renounce unto the said Edward Haile, his heirs
and assigns all the right, interest and dower, which
I possess in and to the herein before described tract
or parcel of Land
