               Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that
               I Daniel Scott of the State & County aforesaid for and in
               consideration of the sum of Fifteen thousand dollars to
               me in hand paid by E.L. King of said State and
               County, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged have
               granted, bargain sold delivered and conveyed and by
               these presents grant, bargain sell, release & convey unto the said
               E.L. King all that tract or parcel of land situated on the wa-
               ters of Lucloosa Creek within the Aredondo Grant County and
               State aforesaid and known in the plan of survey of said
$11.00 R.S.    grant as made by Messrs Burr and Washington as section
                          Section thirty (30) Township ten (10) Range twenty two
Cancelled      nineteen (19) Township ten (10) Range twenty two (22)^Section
               thirty one (31) Township (10) Range twenty two (22) section twenty
               four (24) Township ten (10) Range twenty one (21) and three
               hundred and five acres on the East side of Section twenty
               five (25) Township ten (10) Range twenty one (21) Also one
               quarter section of land conveyed to me by David Massell,
               No Twenty nine (29) Range (22) also fifty two & half acres
               purchased of Henry Gradick lying in the same Range
               & Township as above stated Together with all and Sin
               gular the rights, members, hereditaments and appurtenances to the
               said premises belonging or in any wise incident or appertain-
               ing, to have and to hold all & singular the premises before
               mentioned unto the said E.L. King his Heirs and assigns
               forever.
               And I do hereby bind myself my heirs Executors and admin
               istrators, to warrant, and forever defend all and singular
               the said premises unto the said E.L. King his Heirs and
               assigns against myself, my heirs, against Confiscation and against
               any and every other person or persons lawfully claiming or
               to claim the same, or any part thereof
