This Indenture made and entered into this the
Sixteenth day of February in the year of our lord one
Thousand Eight hundred and Sixty, Between William
Waits and Sarah *. his wife of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida of the first part and Edward
Rains of the same place of the second part, Witnesseth
that the said parties of the first part, for and in
consideration of Twenty three hundred Dollars to them
in hand paid by the said party of the second part
at and before the ensealing and delivery of these
presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have
bargained sold aliened remised released conveyed
and confirmed and by these presents do bargain sell
alien remise release convey and confirm unto the 
said party of the second part all that certain tract
or parcel of land lying and situated in the County
of Alachua and State of Florida and known and
described in the United States land office as the West
half of the south west quarter of section No Eleven
in Township No Ten South west quarter of the
North west quarter of Section No E of Range
No Twenty Two East and the south west quarter
of the North West quarter of Section No Eleven
in Township No ten South of Range No Twenty
Two East and the North West quarter of the North
West quarter of Section No Eleven in Township
No ten South of Range Twenty Two East and the North
East quarter of the south East quarter of section
No ten in Township No Ten South of Range twenty
two East and the East South east quarter of the
South East quarter of Section No ten in Township
No ten south of Range twenty two East and the
East half of the south east quarter of the north
East quarter of section No Ten in Township
No Ten south of Range Twenty Two East containing
Two hundred and Sixty two and 13/100 acres more or
less togather with all and Singular the tenements
hereditaments improvements and appurtenances
thereunto belonging and the reversion and reversions
remainder and remainders rents issues and proffits
thereof and also all the Estate rights titles interest
dower and rights of Dower property, possession
claim and demand whatsoever, as well in law as in
Equity of the said parties of the first part of in and
to the same and Every part and parcel thereof with
the appurtenances. To Have and To Hold the above
granted and described premises with the appurte
=nances the said party of the second part his
heirs and assigns to their own proper use benefit
