and behoof, forever in fee simple and the said
                        William Waits for himself his heirs Executors and
                        administrator doth hereby covenant and agree
                        to and with the said party of the second part
                        his heirs and assigns to their own proper use
                        benefit and behoof that he is posessed in
                        his own right of a good and indefeasible
                        fee simple Estate of inheritance in fee simple

                        her said husband did further acknowledge that she
                        signed the same freely and voluntarily and without
                        any apprehension compulsion fear or constraint
                        of or from her said husband for the purpose of
                        relinquishing all her Dower and right of Dower in
                        and to the lands therein described and in Evidence hereof hath
