           This Indenture made this 18 day of Novem
        ber in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hun
        dred and seventy between Musco Boulware, and 
        Serena Boulware his wife, parties of the first part
        and Marshal Seigler, party of the second part; wit-
        nesseth that the parties of the first part, for and in con-
        sideration of the sum of fifteen hundred dollars lawful
        money paid by the party of the second part, the receipt
        whereof is hereby acknowledged, have bargained and
        sold, and by these presents do bargain, grant, sell, and
        convey unto the party of the second part, and unto his
        heirs and assigns forever, in fee simple, absolute, all
        these certain lots, or parcels of land situate in the
        County of Alachuway and State of Florida, and
        known and discribed as follows -, South East quarter
        of section (21) Twenty one, containing one Hundred and
        fifty nine acres & 12/100, The NW1/4 of Sec (22) Twenty two
        containing one hundred and fifty nine acres & 25/100 and
        the SW1/4 of section twenty two (22) less ten acres on the
        south boundary of the East 1/2 of the SW1/4 and the West half
        of the SE1/4 and the NW1/4 of NW1/4 of section (27) twenty seven,
        less 10 acres on southern boundary of the same, all in Town
        ship nine (9) Range Twenty two (22) containing Five
        hundred and ninety six acres & 78/100 more or less 596 78/100 Except
        five acres upon which is situate the family or estate **ell
        To have and to hold, the above mentioned and discribed
        premises, with all the improvements and appertinances, there
        unto appertaining, or in any wise belonging, with all the right,
        title and interest thereof unto, the party of the second part
        his heirs and assigns forever, in fee simple absolute
        and the parties of the first part agree and covenant joint
        ly and severally, with the party of the second part, his heirs and
        assigns, that they have a title interest and Estate in
        the above discribed premises, sufficient to make a good
        and valid title to the same & to Every part and parcel thereof
        and the parties of the first part jointly and severally agree
        and covenant to and with the party of the second part his
        heirs and assigns to keep and maintain, him and his heirs
        and assigns, in the quiet and peaceable possession of the
        above described premises so against every and any person, claiming
        or to claim, by any existing right or title in conflict with
        Deed. In Witness Whereof the parties of the first part
