         Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents
                            that I E.L. King of the State and
         County aforesaid for and in consideration of the sum
         of Twelve Twelve Thousand Dollars to me in hand paid
         by John A. Rosborough and E. Laurena King of
         aforesaid State and County the receipt where of I hereby
         acknowledge have granted bargained, sold delivered
         and conveyed and by these presents grant bargain
         sell release and convey unto the said John A. Rosborough
         and E. Laurena King all that tract or parcel of land
         situate on the waters of Newnans Lake within the Arre=
         dondo Grant County and State aforesaid and 
         known in the plan of the survey of said Grant made
         by Burr and Washington as Section two (2) and three
         (3) Township ten (10) Range (21) Twenty and Section
         (34) thirty four Township nine (9) Range Twenty one
         (21) containing in all about one Thousand nine hundred
         forty 19.40 acres more or less, togather with all
         the rights, members hereditaments and appurtenances
         incident thereto or in any wise appertaining and
         I do hereby bind my self my heirs Executors administra
         tors and assigns to warrant and forever defend the
         above described lands to the above named John
         A. Rosborough and E. Laurena King their heirs
         Executors and assigns against all persons or persons
         lawfully claiming the same or any part thereof
         In Testimony Whereof I hereunto set my hand and
affix my seal this twenty ninth day of October in the year
         of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and
         Sixty Eight 1868
