                     Know all men by these presents that
I Stanhope Sadler of the State and District aforesaid
for and in consideration of the natural love and af
fection which I bear unto my daughter Jane No-
land wife of Dr. James F. Noland and for other good
causes and considerations me here unto moving, have
given granted and confessed and by these presents do
give, grant and confirm unto my son Stanhope C. Sad-
ler the following property, to wit= 1 Guitar and music &
Music Table, 1 Piano 2 covers & stools 2 ottomans 1 Mahog
any Wardrobe, with its contents, 2 Wash Stands, metal Frames,
1 Bowl and Pitchers, 1 Trunk Couch 1 Bedstead, 1 Ma
hogany Burea, 2 Feather Beds, 1 Bolster and 4 Pillows
2 Mattresses, 6 Quilts, 2 Counter paines, 2 Pr fine Blan
kets, 6 Prs Sheets, 5 Prs Pillow Cases, 5 Bolster cases, 1
Day Towels, 1 set China Glassware, 2 Mantle orna-
ments 2 Large fine Trunks with contents, 1 Bonnet
Box, 2 Doz. Silver Tea Spoons, 1 1/2 doz. Silver Table Spoons
2 Silver preserve spoons, 1 Silver Cup, 1 sett Knives
and Forks, 1 Tea Kettle, 1 coffee Mill, 1 pr And Irons
1 pr sad Irons, 1 Lachis Saddle and Bridle upon
the special Trust and confidence know that the said property
shall stand seized and possessed by the said Stanhope
C. Sadler for the sole and separate uses and benefits of my
said daughter Jane during her natural life not sub-
ject to the debts, liabilities or conduct of her present or any
future husband and at her death the said property to be
vested in such child or children as the said Jane may
leave surviving her, the child or children of a deceased child
taking the share the present would have taken if alive
and in the event that the said Jane should die
without child or children surviving her then the said
property shall revert to me:
