                                  Sheriffs Deed

                      State of Florida  }
                      County of Alachua } This Indenture made 
                      AD 1870        this 5th day of December
                      AD 1870 between George L. Barnes Sheriff 
                      of said County of the first part and Cornelius
                      Rain Sr of the County of Alachua State
                      of Florida of the Second part;
                      Witnesseth, that Whereas by virtue of Writ 
                      of Fieri Facias issued out of the County
                      Court for said County and to the said 
                      Sheriff directed he was commanded that 
                      of the goods and Chattels lands and tenements 
                      of John R. Bevil Solomon Warren and
                      Mina Dell, admx of Simeon Dell he cause 
                      to be made the sum of Four hundred and
                      Fifty Seven Dollars and Sixty cents $457 60/100
                      with interest thereon togather with costs of suit, 
--------------------  Which Cornelius Rain Sr lately on the Fifth
50ยข U.S.              day of July AD 1870, recovered in our County
R. Stamps             Court against John R. Bell, Solomon Warren and
Cancelled             Mina Dell, and Whereas I George L. Barnes as
--------------------  Sheriff as aforesaid by virtue of said Writ did 
                      on the 31st day of October 1870 levy upon and 
                      Seize the property hereinafter described and did 
                      by Virtue of said Writ and pursuant to 
                      the Statutes in such Case made and 
                      provided, duly advertize the said property 
                      for sale on the 31st day of October AD 1870
                      and did on that day sell the same at 
                      public Auction according to law to Cornelius
                      Rain Sr for the sum of Five hundred Dollars 
                      being the highest sum bid for the same
                      Now therefore Know Ye that I the said 
                      George L. Barnes as Sheriff as aforesaid by 
                      virtue of the aforesaid Writ and of the Statutes
                      in such Cases made and provided for and in 
                      in Consideration of the said Sum of Five hundred 
                      Dollars, to me in hand paid by the said
                      Cornelius Rain Sr party of the second part, 
                      have granted, bargained and Sold, and by these 
                      presents do grant bargain and Sell unto the 
                      Said Cornelius Rain Sr party of the second 
                      part his heirs and assigns forever all the following 
                      property to wit: Beginning at the tract on
                      Rays Trail Section 18 Township 7 Range 18
                      Containing (510) Five hundred and Ten acres
                      more or less the SW qtr of NW qtr of Sec 26
                      T.7  R 17 containing 40 acres more or less --
