This Indenture made and Entered into on this
the 29th Twenty ninth of October in the year of our
Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Seventy 1870
Between Eliza E. Lewis & William B. Lewis of the
County of Alachua & State of Florida party of the
first part & Alexander Goodson of the same
County and State party of the Second part
Witnesseth that the said parties of the first
part for and in consideration of the sum of
Five hundred Dollars ($500") to them in hand
paid by the said party of the second part
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
given, granted, aliened bargained sold and
transferred and do by these presents give grant
alien bargain transfer and convey unto the
said party of the second part all that certain
tract or parcel of land lying and being in
the County of Alachua, State of Florida and
more particularly known and described on the
map of public survey of said State as lots
number Seven (7) and number eight (8) and
number nine (9) and number ten (10) and
number Eleven (11) and number Twelve (12) in
Section number thirteen (13) and Township
number nine (9) and Range number Twenty Two 22
South and East containing Two hundred and
forty acres (240) more or less. - - -
To Have and To hold the above described
premises togather with all and singular the
rights and privaleges immunities Easements and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
appurtaining unto the said party of the second
part and his heirs and his absolute property
in fee simple forever and the parties of the first
part for themselves their heirs Executors and adminis-
trators and for all others claiming by through
or under them or either of them do covenant
and agree that they are seized of a good
and indefeasible right in fee simple to the
above described premises & that they have
good right to convey the same as they have
conveyed free and discharged from all
encumbrances and liens of every nature and
description whatsoever, and that they do hereby
warrant and defend the title to the above
described premises to the party of the second
part & to his heirs and assign and that they
will at all times do the same against any and
all persons whomsoever lawfully claiming the same
