              Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents
                               that I Cosmo O. Bailey admin
              istrator of the Estate of James B. Bailey deceased
              by virtue of the authority vested in me by
              an order from the Probate Court of said
              County dated the sixteenth day of November
              AD 1870 and Signed By William Edwards Judge
              & have this the 16th day of December AD 1870
              for and in consideration of the sum of one
              hundred Dollars lawful money of the U.S.
              to me in hand paid the receipt whereof is
              hereby acknowledged granted sold released
              & conveyed and by these presents do hereby
              bargain sell grant release and convey unto
              Benjamin Gorman his heirs and assigns forever
              all that certain peice or parcel of land
              situate lying and being in the County of
              Alachua and State of Florida and known
              and described as follows to wit Beginning
              at a light wood post on the north side of
              the Newnansville road in the SW quarter
              of section Twenty nine 29. T.9. R 20. running
              North 21 E six chains & seventy links to a light
              wood post marked, B, thence north 69 W, 15 chains 
              to a post thence south 21 west six chains &
              seventy links thence south 69° East to place
              of beginning Togather with all and singular
              the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
              thereunto beloning or in any wise beloning
              To have and To hold the above mentioned and described
premises with their appurtenances unto the said Benjamin Gorman his heirs
              and assigns forever Signed Sealed and delivered this
              this 17 day of Dec AD 1870
