Alachua County       }  Know all men by these
                      presents that by virtue of
authority invested in me by order of the Board
of Commissioners of the Alachua County dated
October 11 A.D. 1870, I T.C. Gass President of
said Board for the Consideration of the sum
of Forty Two Dollars ($42.00) Paid into the
Treasury of said County by Joseph Avera
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged
do hereby grant bargain sell and Convey
unto the Said Joseph Avera of Alachua
County the following piece or parcel of land
To Wit, Block Seven (7) Range four (4) in the
said County is bound to and does warrant
and will defend the above described property
or premises to the said Joseph Avera his heirs
and assigns against the Claim or Claims of
of all person or persons for ever
  In Witness Whereof I hereunto set my hand
and the seal of said County, this 14th day of
October A.D. 1870
