Alachua County   } This Indenture made this
                   the fifth day of December
one thousand Eight hundred and Seventy (1870)
Between Gideon B. Harris of said County
on the first part, and Joseph J. Sealey on the
other part both of said County & State aforesaid
Witnesseth that I Gideon B. Harris on the first
part have this day bargained and sold, released
and conveyed and by these presents, do grant
bargain Sell and confirm unto the said J.J. Sealey
of the second part for the sum of Fifty Dollars
to me in hand paid a certain tract or parcel
of land in the Town of Newnansville State and
County aforesaid T Have and To Hold, his heirs
and assigns forever the tract of land hereafter described
as follows Commencing Fifty and a half feet South
of the North West corner of Block No four
Range No Two running East Seventy Six feet (76)
thence South Fifty one and a half feet (51 1/2)
thence West Seventy Six (76) thence North Fifty
one and a half feet (51 1/2) to the point of Commence
-ment, Togather with the improvements thereon
rights and liberties rents and proffits beloning
thereto, To Have and To Hold the said tract or parcel
of land above described hereditaments and
appurtenances unto the said J.J. Sealey his
heirs and assigns to and for his and their own
use and behalf. In Witness Whereof I the said
G.B. Harris have hereunto set my hand and seal
this the Fifth day of December in the year
of our lord one thousand Eight hundred and
Seventy (1870) Signed and Sealed in the presence
