Florida - } Whereas on the 6th day of December
Alachua County } 1869 by order of the Court of Probate
of said County, & after due legal
advertizement the following property of the Estate
of George S. Brown Dec was sold by M.S. Brown -
administratrix at Public outcry in the Town of Newn-
-ansville to J.J. Sealey the highest bidder bidding one
hundred & Eighty Dollars; & Whereas on the 27th day
of December 1860 said Sale was reported to be confirmed
by said Court & titles ordered to be made, therefore
This Indenture made this the 10th of May 1870,
Between Matilda S. Brown admx of George S. Brown
Decd of the first part &, J.J. Sealey of the Second
part, Witnesseth that said administratrix, hath granted
sold and confirmed to said Sealey in Consideration
of the sum of one hundred and Sixty Dollars
in hand Paid the following property in the Town of
Newnansville & said County to wit, the South half
of lot no 4 Block 3, Range 2, To Have and To Hold
to said Sealey his heirs and assigns in fee simple -
In Testimony Whereof said administratrix hath hereunto
set her hand and Seal this the Day and Year
