County of Alachua } into this 14th day of May AD 1869
                    Between George W. Collins administra-
=tor of the Estate of Robert A. Childs decd party of the
first part and Louisas Montgomery party of the
Second part - Witnesseth that for and in Consideration
of the sum of Three Hundred and Twenty five Dollars
to the first party in hand Paid by the said party of the
second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
the said party of the first part, hath bargained and Sold
and doth hereby Convey unto the said party of the second
part all that certain tract or parcel of land Known
and described as Beginning at a Post at the north
West Corner of the Babtist Church lot on the line
Between said lot and the land beloning to the Estate
of Joel B. Smith Decd and running thence South
fifteen Chains and fifty four links to another Post,
and thence west Twelve Chains and Thirty Seven links
to another post and thence North to the line of the land
of the said Smith and thence along Said line to the
place of starting and Containing by Estimation Fifteen
acres more or less laying in section Twenty Six Town
=ship Eleven, Range Twenty of what is Known as Arredondo
grant, and Joining the Village of Micanopy in Alachua
County, To Have and To Hold the above described and
granted Piece or parcel of land with all and Singular
the rights improvements and appurtenances thereunto
beloning or in any wise appeortaining to the only
proper use benefit and behoof of the said party
of the Second part his heirs Executors or assigns
in fee simple forever and the Said parties of the first
