County of Alachua } This Indenture made this Fifth day of
                    December AD 1870 between George L. Barnes Sheriff
of said County of the first part and J.B. Dell agent for
George G. Dell & Charles M. Dell of the County of Alachua
State of Florida of the second part, Witnesseth, that -
whereas, by virtue of a Writ of Fieri Facias issued out of the
Circuit Court for said County and to him the said Sheriff
directed he was commanded that of the goods and
chattles lands and tenements of John B. Dell he cause to be
made the sum of One Thousand Five hundred and Eighty
Eight 33/100 Dollars with interest thereon togather with costs
of suit which P.B. Parker admr &c lately on the third day
of October AD 1870 recovered in our Circuit Court against
John B. Dell and whereas I George L. Barnes Sheriff
as aforesaid for and in consideration by virtue of said Writ
did on the first day of November AD 1870 levy upon and seize
the property hereinafter described and did by virtue of said
Writ and pursuant to the Statutes in such case made and provided
duly advertise the said property for sale on the 5th day of Decbr
AD 1870 and did on that day sell the same at Public Auction
according to law to John B. Dell agent for Geo G. Dell and Charles
M. Dell for the sum of Seven hundred and Seventy Eight Dollars
being the highest sum bid for the same, Now therefore Know Ye
that I the said George L. Barnes as Sheriff as aforesaid by virtue
of the said Writs and of the Statutes in such cases made and
provided for, and in consideration of said sum of Seven
Hundred and Seventy Eight Dollars to me in hand paid by the said
John B. Dell agent as aforesaid party of the second part have
granted, bargained sold, and by these presents do grant bargain
sell unto the said John B. Dell agent as aforesaid party of the
second part his heirs and assigns forever all the following
property, to wit; the west half of south west quarter of section
Eighteen, the North half of North East quarter, the East half
of South west quarter of Section Nineteen, the East half of north
East quarter of section thirty, the North West quarter of North
West quarter, the south west quarter of North East quarter the
north half of South East quarter of Section Thirty one
the North East quarter of North West quarter, the North half
of south east quarter the west half of North West quarter
Section Twenty nine the South West quarter of south west
quarter of Section thirty Two, the south half of south West
quarter South East quarter of North East quarter the South
West quarter of North West quarter and the South East quarter
of section thirty, the South East quarter of the North
East quarter of section thirty four; all of section Six
East half of North East quarter of section Seven, Section
five and Eight the North East quarter and East half
of North West quarter Section Seventeen, the North East
