County } Know all men by these presents
} that I Rebecca M. Cunningham
of the said County and State wife of the late William
M Cunningham deceased for and in consideration of
the sum of Two Thousand Dollars to me secured to be
paid by James B. Brown of Alachua County and State
of Florida, the receipt Whereof is hereby acknowledged
have relinquished released renounced and forever quit
claimed, and by these presents do relinquish, release
renounce and forever quit claim unto the said James
B. Brown and to his heirs and assigns forever all my right
interest and claim to Dower of in or to the same lands
hereinafter described, and which were the lands of my said
husband, deceased, that were sold at Sheriffs Sale
in the Town of Gainesville, Alachua County and State of
Florida on Monday the first day of March AD 1869 to sat-
isfy sundry Executions issued out of the Circuit Court
in and for said County, of Alachua and State of Florida
and bid in and bought by the said James B. Brown at said
Sale, the said Property known and described as follows,
to wit; all the lands beloning to the Estate of the said
William Cunningham deceased lying West of and near the
Town of Gainesville in the said County of Alachua
and State of Florida bounded by the lands of Dr
David R. June George Bucklin McCall Robb & Napier
Containing Twelve hundred acres more or less, more
particularly described as the south half of Section
Thirty Six (36) Township Nine (9) also Section one
(1) Township Ten (10) also the East half and west half
of the East 1/2 of South East quarter of Sec Two
(2) Township Ten (10) all in Range Nineteen (19) also
the East Half of the West half of North East 1/4 of
Section Two (2) Township Ten Range Nineteen
(19) and I do further in consideration of the
said sum of Two Thousand Dollars bargain
sell, and convey unto the said James B. Brown any and all
rights interested or Equities that I may have of in
or to the said described lands. In Witness Whereof I
have hereunto set my hand and Seal this Fifteenth day
of September AD 1870,
