Rain of said State and County of the first part and Mina
Dell of the same State and County of the second part
Witnesseth that said C. Rain for and in consideration
of the sum of Five Hundred Dollars to him in hand paid
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do hereby
give, grant bargain and sell unto Maria Dell her
heirs adm and Executors all the right title and interest
of the said party of the first part, to all those pieces or
parcels of land lying and being Situated in said

To Have and To Hold the above granted premises
To Mina Dell her heirs administrators and Executors
forever in fee simple, And I Rebecca Penelope Rain
wife of the said C. Rain for the consideration aforesaid and
for Divers good and notable considerations do hereby
release relinquish and quit claim unto Maria Dell all
my right title or possibility of Dower in and to the premises
conveyed forever and do hereby join my said husband in
this conveyance for the purpose of relinquishing my Dower
to the same
