Chatham County   } Know all men by these
                 Presents that I George Bucklin
of Alachua County State of Florida for and in Consideration
of the sum of Two Thousand Dollars to me in
hand Paid by Edward C. Bucklin of the State
of Rhode Island, the receipt whereof I do hereby
acknowledge, have bargained, sold, and quit Claimed
and by these presents, do bargain Sell and Quit
Claim unto the Said Edward C. Bucklin and to his heirs
and assigns forever all my interest, Estate Claim,
and demands, both at law and in Equity and as well
in possession or in Expectancy of to all that Certain
