Know all men by these Presents that I Jane A.L.
              Ingram the wife of Tilliman Ingram for and in
              consideration of the sum of one dollar to me in hand
              paid by Walter S. Land at and before the Ensealing and
              delivery of these presents have remised, released and forever
              quit claim and do by these presents remise release and
              forever quit claim unto Walter S. Land and to his heirs and
              assigns all and all Manner of Dower and other
              interest right or title whatsoever which I the said
              Jane A.L. Ingram, now have may might should or
              by right out to have or claim of in to out of the premises
              described in a certain Deed conveying said Same
              made by my husband Tillman Ingram to Stephen
              Bevill trustee for Mary McDermott wife of John Mc
              Dermott and know as lot one (1) Two three (3) and Eleven
              11 or Block Eleven Situated on the north side of the Florida
              Rail Road at or adjacent to the Depot, at Gainesville with
              the appurtenances granted and Every part and parcel
              thereof and I the said Jane A.L. Ingram do hereby
              acknowledge and declare that I freely and voluntarily
              renounce and relinquish all my Dower, and right and
              title of Dower in the said premises without any Com-
              pulsion constraint apprehension or fear from my said
              husband Tillman Ingram - In Witness Whereof I
              have hereunto set my hand and seal this the 30th day
              of January in the year our Lord one Thousand Eight
              hundred and Seventy one

              of Tillman Ingram the said Jane A.L. Ingram who Executed
              the foregoing conveyance and relinquishment of Dower
              and acknowledges the same to be her free act and Deed
              for the purposes therein Expressed And the said Jane A.L.
              being further Examined separate and apart from her said
              husband did also acknowledge that she freely and
              voluntarily relinquished and her Dower and right and
              right and title to Dower in and to the premises described
              without any compulsion constraint, apprehension or fear
              of or from her said husband Tillman Ingram
