                   Came Georg J.J. Thompson who being
                 duly sworn says he saw the foregoing Deed
                 Signed Sealed and delivered for the purposes
                 and uses therein mentioned and Set forth.

                                  Sheriffs Deed
State of Florida  }
County of Alachua }                    This Indenture made this
                  }                Seventh day of February AD 1870
                      Between George L. Barnes Sheriff of said County 
                      of the first part and Mrs O.B. Thomas of the
                      County of Alachua State of Florida of the
                      Second part Witnesseth that Whereas by
                      Virtue of Sundry a writ of Fieri Facias issued
                      out of the Circuit Court for said County
                      and to him the said Sheriff directed
--------------------  he was Commanded that of the goods
 50ยข U.S.             and Chattles lands and tenements of Gabriel
I. Rev Stamp          P. Thomas he cause to be made the sum
Cancelled             of three Hundred and thirty four Dollars
--------------------  with interest therein togather with Costs of
                      suit which Stephen McCall Receiver &c
                      lately on the 6th day of September AD 1869 recovered
                      in our Circuit Court against John O. Cosby
                      and Gabriel P. Thomas and Whereas I
                      George L. Barnes as Sheriff as aforesaid
                      by virtue of said writ did on the first day
                      of January AD 1870, levy upon and Seize the
                      property hereinafter described and did by
                      virtue of said writ and pursuant to the
                      Statute in such Cases Made and provided
                      did advertise the said property for sale on
                      the Seventh day of February AD 1870 and
                      did on that day sell the same at Public
                      auction according to law to Mrs Omerea
                      B. Thomas for the sum of Sixty Six
                      Dollars being the highest sum bid for the
                      same. Now therefore Know Ye that I
                      the Said George L. Barnes as Sheriff as aforesaid
