By virtue of the said writs and of the Statutes in such
                Cases made and Provided for and in consideration 
                of the said sum of Sixty Six Dollars to me in hand
                paid by the said Mrs Omerea B. Thomas party of
                the second part, have granted bargained, sold,
                and by these presents, do grant, bargain, and sell
                unto the said Mrs. Omerea B. Thomas ^party of the Second part, her heirs, and
                assigns forever all the following property to wit: -
                all of lots four (4) and Five (5), the South half of
                lot three (3) the north half of lot Ten (10) and all of
                lots Eight nine (9) and Eleven (11) all in Section nineteen
                (19) Township Eight (8) Range Twenty (20) South & East
                and the South half of lot Eight and the south half of
            lot Two (2) in Section Eighteen (18) Township Eight (8) Range
                Twenty (20) South and East, Containing in all Five --
                hundred and Sixty acres more or less, ----------------
                Togather with all the rights title interests and Equities
                which the said Gabriel P. Thomas had of, in, or, to
                the same, To Have and To Hold as fully as I
                the said George L. Barnes as Sheriff as aforesaid
                might, could, or ought, to Sell and Convey the Same,
                Given under my hand and Seal this the Seventh
