and convey unto the said party of the second party, these
cerfi all those several tracts or parcels of land lying and be-
ing in the County of Alachua, State of Florida, and more particularly
known and described on the map and public surveys of said State
as section Twenty five (S25) containing six hundred and thir-
ty two (632 96/") acres more or less. Also section Thirty-five (S35) con-
taining six hundred & forty one (641 48/") acres more or less. All in
Township Eight South T.8.S. Range seventeen East (R.17.E.) Also
section Nineteen (S19) in Township Nine south T.9.S. Range Seventeen
East, Containing six hundred & thirty-six (636 48/ ) acres more or less

quarter (SW1/4) of section Thirty-three (S33) Township Eleven South
T.11.S Range Eighteen East (R.18.E) containing Two hundred
and Eighty (280 63/n) acres more or less.
Also in the Town of Archer, County and State aforesaid, Lots
one(1) and Two(2) in Block Three(3); Lots Three(3) and Eight(8) in
Block seven(7) and Lots one(1) Two(2) Three(3) Four(4) and Five(5)
in Block Fourteen(14). Also the whole of Block Thirteen(or so much
as there may be) in the Town of Waldo State & County aforesaid.
To have and to hold, the above described premises, together
with all and singular the rights and privileges, immunities,
easements and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise
appurtuning unto the said party of the second part, and his
heirs, as their absolute property in fee simple forever, and the
parties of the first part for themselves and successors as Trus-
tees as aforesaid, and for the said Florida Rail Road Company,
and for all others claiming by, through or under them, do
covenant and agree, that they are seized as trustees, of a
good and indefeasible fee simple to the above premises
and that they have good right to convey the same, as
they have conveyed the same, free and discharged from
all encumbrances and Liens of any and every nature and
description created by themselves as such trustees; and that the
said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns,
shall quietly and peacefully enjoy the above described premises
against all persons whatsoever, lawfully claiming under
them or either of them.
