of said contracted sale, and with assurance of
the foregoing order, have granted, bargained, sold and
enfeoffed, and by these presents do grant bargain,
sell and enfeoff, unto Edward Lewis the follow
ing described parcel of land, or lot, to wit, Lot two (2)
Block three (3) Range Four (4) together with the here=
ditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging, lying
and being in the town of Gainesville, County & State
aforesaid according to the surveyed plan of said Town
To have and to hold the said Lot two Block three Range
four of the Town of Gainesville, unto the said Edward Lew
is, his heirs and assigns forever in fee simple
In witness whereof I Theodore C. Gass, President of the

Sixty nine, between James T. Soutter, of the City of
New York and John McRae, of the City of
Wilmington, Trustees, duly appointed by the Florida
Rail Road Company parties of the Second
part. Witnesseth: That the said parties of
