Alachua County      This Indenture made this the 1st day of
                    January 1871 between John B. Dell and
his wife Laura L. Dell of the first part and James W. Standley
as trustee his children of the second part- Witness that the
said Parties of the first part have by these presents given
granted & conveyed for good and valuable consideration
to said Party of the Second Part in trust is hereinafter set
forth the following lands lying in Said County to wit the
West half of the South West quarter of Section Sixteen (W 1/4
of SW 1/4 Sec 16) all of Section Seventeen Except the South
East quarter of the North East quarter and the East
half of the North East quarter of Section Eighteen and
the East half of the North East Quarter of Section
Eighteen All in Township Eight & Range Eighteen
South & East- To Have and To Hold the said
granted premises in trust as follows to wit, to Said
James W. Standley as Trustee for his present children John B.
Standley & James c. Standley & such other children as may be
hereafter born to said James W. Standley shall use occupy
and Control said premises for the benefit and behoof of
said children during their minorities & shall carry the
same to said children or the Survivors of them in Equal
distribution shares as they severally attain to the age of Twenty
one years, it being the time intent of this Deed that said
James W. Standley shall have no power to eliminate*** said
premises Except as hereinbefore provided but that the Equitable
Estate herein Shall vest in said Children as they may be
born, remainder to the Survivors of them & that the fee simple
shall vest in them or the survivors of them Severally in equal
shares as they respectively become of age by conveyance from
said James W. Standley & by this deed. In Witness Whereof we
have Hereunto set our hands and seals this the day and year
above written.
