County of Alachua } This indenture made the Eight
                   day of August in the year of our
Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Between D.G.
Anderson of the State of South Carolina party of the
first part and Richard Ross of the State and
County first above written party of the second part
Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part
                         the sum
for and in consideration of^Twenty Dollars
lawful money of the United States to him in
hand paid by the said party of the second part
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath
bargained and sold, and by these presents doth
bargain and sell unto the said party of the second
part all that certain piece parcel or lot of land
Situate lying and being in the State and County
first above written and known as a part of the
Arredondo tract, Commencing at a point on the
North line of Section   , and running North and
South four hundred and Twenty feet and one
hundred and ten feet East and West containing
two acres more or less togather with all and
Singular the hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining
and the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders
rents issues and proffits thereof and also all the Estate
right title interest claim or demands Whatsoever of him
the said party of the first part either in law or Equity of in
and to the above bargained premises and every part and
parcel thereof - To Have and To Hold to the said party of
the second part his heirs and assigns the sole and only
proper use behoof and benefit of the said party
of the second part his heirs and assigns forever =
