 Warranty Deed
                This Indenture made the Eighteenth day of December in the
               year of our lord one Thousand Eight hundred and 
               Sixty nine Between H.B. Scott of the City of New York
               in the County of          and State of New York party
               of the first part and William Birney party of the second
               part - Witnesseth that the said party of the first part
               for and in consideration of the sum of Fifteen Thousand
               Dollars lawful money of the United States to him in hand
               paid by the said party of the second part the receipt
               Whereof is hereby acknowledged and the said party of
               the first part therewith fully satisfied and paid
               has given granted bargained, sold aliened released
               conveyed and confirmed and by these presents doth
               give grant bargain sell alien release convey and
               confirmed unto the said party of the second part and
               to his heirs and assigns forever. All that piece parcel
               and tract of land lying and being in Alachua
               County State of Florida and known and described
               as follows, Lots ten (10) eleven (11) and Twelve (12) Section
               nineteen (19) the South half Section Twenty (20) the
               West half and West half of the East half of Section
               Twenty nine (29) the North West quarter and the
               West half of North East quarter of section thirty Two
               (32) lots one (1) Two (2) three (3) and North half of lots
               five (5) six (6) Seven (7) South half of lots Eleven (11) lots Twelve (12)
               thirteen (13) and fourteen (14) Section thirty one (31) lots one (1)
               two (2) three (3) nine (9) ten (10) Eleven (11) and twelve (12)
               and South half of lot four (4) in Section Thirty
               (30) all in Township Seven (7) South Range Twenty
               (20) East and containing according to Government
               Survey Two Thousand and Five hundred and Twenty
               acres Togather with all and singular the tenements
               hereditaments easements and appurtenances belonging
               or appurtaining thereto and the reversions remainders
               rents issues and profits thereof and also all the
               Estate right title interest property possession
               claim and demands Whatsoever of the said party
               of the first part of in and to the same and every
               part and parcel thereof To Have and To Hold all
               and singular the above granted and described
               lands and premises with the appurtenances unto
               the said party of the second part his heirs and
               assigns to their only proper use benefit and
               behoof forever. And the said H.B. Scott doth for
               himself his heirs Executors and administrators covenant
               and grant to and with the said party of the second
               part his heirs and assigns that he is the true lawful
               and right owner in fee simple of all and singular
