This Indenture made & Entered into this 10th day
of January AD 1871 Between Thomas F. King and
Elizabeth A. King his wife who is a party to this
Deed for the purpose of relinquishing and renouncing
her Dower to the premises hereinafter conveyed of the
first part and Micheal J. Miller of the second part
Witnesseth that the party of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of three Hundred Dollars
to them paid the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged
have granted bargained and sold and by these presents
do grant bargain and sell to the party of the second
part all that tract of land lying in the County
of Alachua in the State of Florida known and
described on the Washington Map of survey of the
Arredondo Grant as fractional Section Sixteen
(16) Township Eleven (11) Range Twenty one (21) containing
Four Hundred and sixty five (87/100) (465 87/100)
acres more or less. To Have and To Hold, the above
described lands to the said Micheal J. Miller
his heirs and assigns with all the rights title and interest
the said parties of the first part to the same and the said
Thomas F. King for the consideration aforesaid does
hereby assign and transfer to the said Micheal J.
Miller all his right title interest in and to the Judgement
obtained in the Circuit Court of said County on the
27th day of November AD 1869 by Benjamin W. Powell
against Jeremiah Gamage and also the Execution
issued in said Judgement - In Witness Whereof We
have hereunto set our hands and seals the day and year
first above written.         }
