separately and apart from her said husband Thomas F.
King acknowledged to me that she had joined in the
foregoing Deed dated January 10 1871 - signed by her and
husband Thomas F. King for the purpose of relinquishing and
renouncing her Dower to the land conveyed in said Deed
and that she makes hereby relinquishment and renunciation
of Dower to said land and does the same freely and
voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint apprehension
or fear of or from her said husband -

This Indenture made the Tenth day of November
in the year of our lord one Thousand Eight hundred and
Seventy Between Samuel D. Smoke of Bradford County
of the first part and Eliza G. Johnson and M.M.F. Huching-
son of the second part - Witnesseth that the said party
of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of six
hundred and ninety Dollars lawful money of the United
States of America to him in hand paid the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, have granted bargained sold conveyed
and confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain
sell convey and confirm unto the said parties of the second
part and their heirs all that all that certain lot tract
or parcel of land lying being and situated in Alachua
County in the State of Florida and known and designated
as the East half of South East Quarter of section Seven
Township Seven Range nineteen East containing in all
Eighty acres of land more or less togather with all and
Singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto beloning or in any wise appurtaining - To Have
and To Hold the said lands with the rights members
and appurtenances thereof Whatsoever with the remainders
reversions issues and proffits to the only proper use and
behoof of the said party of the second part and their
heirs and the said Party of the first part for himself and
his heirs do covenant with the said party of the second
part and their heirs that the will forever warrant
and defend the above named premises to the said parties
of the second part and their heirs against the lawful
demands of all persons whatsoever - and this Indenture
further witnesseth that Georgian Elizabeth Smoke wife
