Know all men by these presents that I Leonard
                 G. Dennis of Gainesville Florida in consideration 
                 of one Dollar to me in hand paid by Catherine
                 H. Birney wife of William Birney of Alachua
                 County Florida the receipt whereof is hereby acknow-
                                 give
                 ledged do hereby grant bargain sell and convey
                 unto the said Catherine H. Birney her heirs
                 and assigns to her sole and separate use
                 free from the interference or control of her
                 said husband and from any claim whatsoever
                 on his part all the following lots or parcels of
                 land in said County of Alachua State of
                 Florida described as follows Lots Ten (10) Eleven
                 (11) and Twelve (12) in Section nineteen (19) the
                 South half of section Twenty (20) the west
                 half of the west half of of the East half
                 of Section Twenty nine (29) the North west
                 quarter and West half of North East quarter
                 of Section Thirty Two (32) lots one (1) Two (2) and
                 three (3) and North half of lots Five (5) Six (6) Seven
                 (7) South half lot Eleven (11) lots twelve (12) thirteen
                 (13) and Fourteen (14) in Section Thirty one (31) lots one (1)
                 Two (2) the North half of lots three (3) the south half of
                 lots nine (9) the South half of lot ten and eleven
                 (11) and Twelve (12) in Section Thirty (30) all in Township
                 Seven (7) South Range Twenty (20) East and containing
                 according to Government Survey Twenty Three
                 Hundred and Sixty (2360) acres. Togather with all
                 rights easements privaledges and appurtenances thereto
                 beloning - To Have and To Hold the above granted premises
                 to the said Catherine H. Birney to her sole and and separate
                 use as aforesaid and her heirs and assigns to her and
                 their use and behoof forever
                 In Witness Whereof I the said Leonard G. Dennis being
                 unmarried have hereunto set my hand and seal
                 this 27th day of December in the year of our Lord Eighteen
                 hundred and seventy.
