Alachua County   } This Indenture made this the
                 } thirteenth day of March AD
Eighteen hundred and seventy one between Francis P. 
Olmstead and Talulah A. his wife of the State and
County aforesaid parties of the first part and James
T. Thigpen of the County of Wilcox and State of Alabama
party of the second part Witnesseth that the parties of
the first part for and in consideration of the sum of
Five hundred Dollars to them in hand paid at and
before the sealing and delivery of these presents the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have bargained and
sold and by these presents do grant and convey unto
the party of the second part the following described piece 
or parcel of land lying and being in the Town of Newnansville
County and State aforesaid to wit Lots three four five and
six 3,4,5,& 6 also part of lot seven Commencing at the
south west corner of lot six and running North one hundred
and Seventy five feet thence West Seventy five feet,
thence South one hundred and Seventy five feet and East
Seventy five feet to point of commencement all in Block
number four and Range number Two containing Two
and one third acres more or less according to the original
Survey of the Town of Newnansville State and County
aforesaid. Togather with all and singular the appurtenances
