This Indenture made this the fourteenth day of November Eighteen
hundred and Seventy Between Henry Bradford and Samuel
B. McLin of the County of Alachua State of Florida parties
of the first part and Mary E. Woods of the same place party
of the second part, Witnesseth that the parties of he first part
for and in consideration of the sum of Forty Dollars to
them in hand paid at and before the Ensealing and delivery
of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have bargained and sold and by these presents do grant
and convey unto the party of the second part all
that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being
situate in the County of Alachua State aforesaid and
known and described as the south west quarter of the north
East quarter of section Eleven (11) Township Eight (8) Range
Nineteen (19) containing forty acres more or less To Have and
To Hold the above described lands with all the appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining to the said
parties of the second part her heirs and assigns forever
in fee simple In Witness Whereof the the parties of the first
part have hereunto set their hands and Seals the
day and year first above written
