                  Know all men by these presents that
I, Isedore Silberstine of the State and County aforesaid
of the first part for and in Consideration of One
hundred and fifty dollars to me in hand paid
by Meyer Gensler of the Same place of the
Second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledge
have given granted and released and do by these presents
give grant Sell remise release and forever quit Claim
all my interest of in and to an undivided half interest
in that certain piece or parcel of land described in
the annexed deed as the North 1/2 of Section Eight (8)
Township ten (10) R (18) Eighteen S&E Containing three
hundred and twenty acres more or less, unto the Said
Meyer Gensler to have and to hold the Same in his
own individual reghg and to his heirs and assigns
for ever in fee Simple

Seal this 1st day of February AD 1872.

                        } Know all men by these
presents that we Joseph A.C. Jones and E.C. Jones
his wife both of the County of Edgefield in the
State of South Carolina for and in Consideration
of the Sum of Six hundred dollars to us in hand
paid the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge
have granted bargained Sold and Conveyed and by
these presents do grant bargain Sell and Convey unto
William Newbert of the Town of Gainesville County of
Alachua and State of Florida the following described
lot piece or pacel of Land to wit the Western portion
of the South half of lot one Block three Range
four Containing Thirty five feet front on the Court
house Square and Sixty feet deep Situated in Said Town
of Gainesville Alachua County and State of Florida.
To have and to hold the above described premises
with their appurtenances unto the Said William Newber
his heirs and assigns for ever and we do hereby War-
rant and forever defend the Same unto the Said
William Newber against all persons legally Claiming
