now therefor the said party of the first part for and in consideration
of the said sum of Eight hundred and fifteen dollars and in pursuance
of said Judgment and by virtue of the authority therein vested in me do
hereby grant bargain sell and convey unto said parties of the second
part their heirs and assigns the following described piece or parcel of
land being in the Town of Gainesville in said state and county to wit
land and premises contained in and described in said mortgage and said
Judgment as follows a certain piece or parcel of land lying and being
in the Town of Gainesville and State of Florida and designated in
