                   Alachua County   } Whereas by order of the Honorable
                                    } William Edwards Judge of the County
                   Court for Alachua County Florida and dated on the
                   Twelfth (12th) day of January AD 1870 and the other
                   dated on the Sixteenth day of November AD 1870 I
                   Cosmo O. Bailey administrator of the Estate of
                   James B. Bailey deceased, was duly Empowered
                   and authorized to sell certain real Estate in
                   said petitions and orders described and
                   hereinafter to be described and to make good
                   and valid title to the same as administrator
                   as aforesaid; said sales to be made for the payment
                   of the debts of the said Estate. Now know all
                   men by these presents that I Cosmo O. Bailey as
                   administrator as aforesaid for and in consideration
                   of the sum of one hundred and twenty five Dollars
                   to me in hand paid by James Schoales of the aforesaid
                   County and State at and before the Signing and delivery
                   of these presents the receipt whereof I do hereby
                   acknowledge have granted bargained sold and
                   conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain
                   sell and convey unto the said James Shoals the foll=
                   =owing described real property beloning to said
                   Estate to wit the lot situated in the Town of
                   Gainesville Florida bounded on the north by the
                   lot known as the Paterson Foundry lot, on the East
                   by the lot now known as Patterson lot, on the South
                   by the Street running East and West along the southern
                   boundary of J.B. Dawkins lot and on the west
                   west by the lot now owned by the said James Schoals
                    To Have and To Hold the same to him the said
                   James Shoales his heirs Executors administrators and
                   assigns forever in fee simple In Witness Whereof I
                   have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this
                   Seventh day of March AD 1871
