                          By this Public Instrument be it Remembered That on This
Nineteenth day of December AD One thousand Eight hundred and seventy before me The
Subscriber Joseph B. Nones a Commissioner in and for the State of New York appointed
by The Governor of the State of Florida to take proof and acknowledgement of Deeds
Mortgages Letters of Attorneys or any other instrument to be used or recorded in 
the said State of Florida and administer oaths and affirmations take depositions
&c,&c, Personally appeared Samuel B. Wight the person described in and who
Executed the annexed Instrument and acknowledged to me that he Executed The
same voluntarily and freely for the uses and purposes therein stated as his free act & deed.
   And I further certify that I know the person who made the said ac-
knowledgement to be the identical person described in and who Executed the said
annexed Instrument.
          In testimony Whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and

    This Indenture made and Entered into on this the nineteenth day of
December in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and seventy between
Samuel B. Wight of the City of Atlanta State of Georgia and Clara S. Wight his wife
parties of the first part and Samuel A. Swann of Fernandina State of Florida
party of the second part, Witnesseth:
   That the said part of the first part for and in consideration of the
sum of six hundred dollars to them in hand paid by the party of the second part
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have given granted aliened bargained
sold transferred and do by these presents give grant alien bargain sell transfer
and convey unto the said party of the second part those certain tracts or parcels of land
lying and being in Clay County State of Florida and better known in the public maps
of said State as Section seventeen (S.17) containing six hundred and forty two
88/100 acres more or less - also section nineteen (S.19) containing six hundred and
forty three (643 12/) acres more or less all in township seven South (T.7S) of Range
Twenty four East (R.24E)
   Also in Alachua County State aforesaid and in Township nine South
(T.9S) of Range Twenty two East (R.22E) all of section thirty five (S.35) containing
six hundred and thirty eight (638 56/) acres more or less.
  Also in Levy County State aforesaid and in Township twelve South
(T.12S) of Range fifteen East (R.15E) The south half of North East Quarter; East half
and Northwest Quarter of South East quarter: East half of South West quarter and
North West quarter of North West quarter of section Eleven (S.11) containing Three
hundred and nineteen 319 68/ acres more or less - Also in Township Fourteen
south (T.14S) of Range fourteen East (R.14E) The north half of section twenty nine
(S.29) containing Three hundred and twenty (320) acres more or less.
   Also in Nassau County State aforesaid and in Township three
north of Range twenty four East (T.3N R.24E) The North half; South West quarter:
