and East half of South East quarter of Section seventeen (S.17) containing Five hundred and sixty
one 561 98/ acres more or less. Also all of section Twenty five containing six hundred
and thirty (630 40/) acres more or less.
To have and to hold the above described premises together with all and singular the rights
privileges immunities Easements and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any
wise appertaining unto the said party of the second part and his heirs as their
absolute property in fee simple forever. And the said S.B. Wight and Clara S.
Wight his wife do covenant and agree that we are seized of a good and indefeasible
fee simple to the above premises and that we have good right to convey the same
as we have conveyed the same free and discharged from all encumbrances and liens
of any and every nature and description: and that the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns shall quietly and peaceably enjoy the above described
premises against all persons whatsoever lawfully claiming the same, And that we
will at any and at all times make such further covenants conveyances and
assurances at the Expense of the said party of the second part as he the said
party of the second part his heirs or assigns or counsel learned in the law
may require.

Clara S. Wight wife of the grantor in the foregoing Deed Who being Examined before
Daniel Pittman a Judicial officio in and for the County and State aforesaid separate
and apart from her said husband acknowledged that she executed the foregoing
Deed freely and voluntarily and without any constraint or compulsion fear or
apprehension of or from her said husband in token Whereof she doth as well The
said Clara S. Wight as the said Daniel Pittman Esq have hereunto affixed their
hands and seals this the day and year above written.
