wife of J. E. Dodd who made and Executed the foregoing mortgage Deed
for and in Consideration of the premises therein Contained and for the further
Consideration of one dollar to me in hand paid the receipt whereof, I do
hereby acknowledge have bargained sold Conveyed released relinquished
and renounced and by these presents do bargain sell convey, release re-
linquish and renounce unto James W McQueen all the right title
interest and claim which I may have to Dower of in or to the lands as
set forth and described in the foregoing mortgage Deed made and
Executed by my said husband.
To have and to hold the same to him the said James W. McQueen his
heirs and assigns forever.

arate from her said husband and acknowledged under her hand and seal
that the foregoing relinquished and renuniciation of Dower was
made by her freely and voluntarily and without and Compulsion Con-
straint apprehension or fear of or from her husband.
