Alachua County   } Personally appeared before me William Edwards Judge of
the County Court for Alachua County Jas A. Simonton B.W. Powell and
Geo W. Means who acknowledged that they Executed the foregoing Deed
of Conveyance of their own accord and for the purposes therein set forth
and their wifes M.S. Means L.A. Simonton and E.M. Powell acknowledges
the Execution of the same - Witness my hand and seal this third day
of March AD 1870

  Know all men by these presents that I H.D. Wagner of the Town of Micanopy
County of Alachua and State of Florida for and in consideration of the sum of
one hundred and fifty four ($154.00) dollars in hand paid do hereby sell and convey unto
Mary A. Mathews of the County and State aforesaid the following described premises situated
in the County of Alachua and State of Florida and described as follows to-wit.
Commencing at a stake at the margin of Tuscawilla Lake designated as stake No.1.
and opposite to what is known as the sink Thence running west fifteen (15) chains
and seven (7) links to stake No.2. Thence due south two (2) chains to stake No.3.
Thence twenty (20) chains thirty two (32) links south Twenty Eight (28) degrees
East to a pine tree standing on the bank of a small creek Thence along said
creek East ten (10) chains to the margins of the lake aforesaid Thence North
along the margin of said Lake to the place of Commencing Containing twenty
two (22) acres and lying all in section No. Thirty five (35) Township No. Eleven (11)
Range No. Twenty (20) of the Aradondo Grant. To have and to hold the same
with all the appurtenances right title interest and claim free from
all demands of me in the premises unto the said Mary A. Mathews her heirs
and assigns in fee simple forever and I the said H.D. Wagoner for myself
and my heirs do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Mary A.
Mathews her heirs and assigns that I am now the owner of said premises
and are seized of a good and indefeasable Estate of inheritance therein
and That I have full right and power to sell and convey the same in fee
simple and clear of all incumbrances That the said Mary A. Mathews 
her heirs and assigns may forever have hold and possess and enjoy
the same without any molestation or interruption by any person
whatever lawfully claiming any right therein - and that I H.D.
Wagoner my heirs and assigns will warrant and defend the said premises
with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said Mary A.
Mathews and her heirs and assigns forever - In witness whereof I
have hereunto set my hand and seal this 10th day of February AD 1871.
